Our Mission

A Christ-centered private foundation dedicated to standing alongside vulnerable individuals and groups who have experienced abuse, exploitation, intimidation, or injustice.

Our Belief

We believe every person possesses God-given dignity and deserves to be treated with compassion, fairness, and respect.

We believe that vulnerability should never be an invitation for exploitation, that financial hardship should never determine a person's access to justice, and that no one should have to face exploitation or injustice alone.

Our Purpose

Inspired by the biblical call to defend the vulnerable and speak for those whose voices are too often unheard, Take Up Their Case Project exists to stand alongside individuals facing circumstances in which financial hardship, disability, or unequal power may leave them vulnerable to harm.

Through charitable assistance, advocacy, and access to appropriate professional resources, we seek to help individuals protect their rights, preserve their dignity, and pursue justice.

Our Biblical Foundation

Proverbs 22:22–23 — A call to defend the poor and oppressed.

Isaiah 1:17 — A command to seek justice, correct oppression, and defend the vulnerable.

Proverbs 31:8–9 — A call to speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves and defend the rights of the poor and needy.

Matthew 25:40 — “Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me.” (KJV)
